Easy subject matter for me this week as we’re very excited that the first issue of our very own online magazine hits 10,000 email inboxes this week. There are two versions, a Bushey one and a Watford one. As you would expect, the magazines both include all the properties we currently have for sale and to let. What you might not expect is that it’s also packed with general articles too, on things of interest such as holidays, the Olympics, latest gadgets and much more. There’s also the chance to win tickets to the Ideal Home exhibition. (Get your free copy of the magazine by visiting our website www.imagine-group.co.uk)
When you take a look at the magazine, what stands out is the quality of the final product. This looks more like something that a National company would have produced, rather than your local two-branch agency.
So why would we go to the effort of making yet another major investment in a market that continues to be testing? We have a reputation for being innovative and market leading. We’ve led the way locally in numerous ways, but particularly in creating unique advertising and using modern tools of technology to further enhance our brand. Other agents continue to copy us, which is flattering.
We make no bones about wanting to be the Number 1 property business in the area and to do that we have to do more than just talk. We have to be seen to be different, to be better and to be more committed. We’d like you, whether you’re selling, letting, buying or renting to want to be associated with us. Our name has to inspire trust, passion, success and confidence in a property business where such traits are not often associated. To do that, people have to see that we are prepared to be brave to invest in marketing when most are cutting back.
The magazine is another step towards those goals. You can access a copy via our website and subscribe where offered if you would like to receive your FREE copy directly into your email inbox.
By the way, if getting Usain Bolt on this month’s front cover wasn’t quite enough of a ‘wow’ factor for you – next month we have Mr Beckham adorning his fine physique alongside the Imagine logo....lucky chap!
Imagine owner puts the property world to rights with his weekly ‘tongue in cheek’ editorial column.
I have had the dubious pleasure of reaching the mid life age....
