My ego was massaged last week when the Halifax announced price had increased, as predicted here first, during January. I was quickly reminded that maybe I shouldn’t get too carried away as I had failed to anticipate prices would drop at all last year and so I was still a net 17% out as far as predictions go. I shut up at that point!
One of my chief goals this year is to get firmly established in the Cassiobury / Nascot Wood parts of town. This is an area where more and more homeowners are appreciating that they actually need a proactive agent to generate interest. Historically they’ve relied on companies who had traditionally held a reputation but came very unstuck when the market turned and their agent had been too reactive to sell their home.
These locations are a big deal to Imagine. We know from client feedback that we deliver a service that none of our competitors come close to, but we have been struggling to get over the threshold of enough houses to persuade sellers this was the case. That has steadily been changing. Having agreed four of our sales for 2009 on either Cassiobury / Nascot and having let more than a dozen in the same locations, I'm desperate to consolidate that position and become the agent of choice for those areas.
I would challenge anyone living there to give us the opportunity and witness how things should be done. We have no tie in periods and are happy to go up against any of the competition. You have absolutely nothing to lose by trying Imagine and on current form, nobody is selling more homes than us, despite the fact we have fewer instructions than some others. I will personally oversee your instruction and ensure your contact with us is maintained at the standard you would expect. Challenge me today...
