‘You Win Some, You Move Some’

I’ve commented before that Imagine have been lucky enough to retain all the best staff that we’ve ever recruited. In an industry where high levels of staff turnover is almost a given, this has undoubtedly been one of our strengths because clients are able to build relationships with and confidence in the people they deal with.
 
In addition to our already strong team, we’ve bought in some new faces. Partly with the Bushey office opening and progressing nicely, partly because our Lettings business is still going from strength to strength and partly because the Sales market has improved so much by comparison to last year. In fact the Watford Branch have just had our best ever sales month since opening 3 years ago, which may shock some of you but is satisfyingly true! As a result, some new faces and some promotions for the team.
 
Firstly Nadya Basrawi has been rewarded for 2 years of incredible commitment and impressive performance in Watford as a Lettings Negotiator, with the chance to be the Lettings Manager in Bushey. She starts her new role this week and if she produces half the performance she has so far, will be taking the Lettings market in Bushey by storm.
 
Three new faces have entered the fray; Marcia Brightman who had 8 years of experience with a local rival before joining a couple of months ago, has fitted in perfectly and takes over Nadya’s crucial role in Watford. Kelly Richards has chosen to leave one of London’s premier agents to join us, also from this week. For a little bit of Irish devilry, Colm Kelly is the other newest recruit. He may not be as attractive as the other two, but I’m not afraid to admit that in my view he has the sexiest voice of the three.
