At first glance that may appear an outrageous claim, but I assure you I have the evidence to back it up.
 
Historically an agent will agree sales on about 50/60% of the properties they place on the market. Reasons for not selling properties range from; other agents selling them on multi instructions, owners’ reasons for moving changing, properties being overpriced or unattractive, sellers simply changing their minds about selling and finally, the performance of the estate agents themselves.

That said, you have to be good at what you do to be selling 97% of everything you market. The figure is taken from January 1st 2009 through to 26th July, so this is not a small, freak sample taken from a particularly good month. This is a consistent result over a concerted period of time.
