Imagine Property Group is a property company based in Hertfordshire founded in Watford in 2006. Since that time we’ve developed into a network of the estate and letting agency branches, a Property Management business, and a Land & New Homes agent.
After Watford we expanded into Bushey, WD25, Hemel Hempstead and all their surrounding areas. We have built a reputation for innovative marketing, leading brand market share and customer service that has seen us not only survive two market crashes since our inception but thrive beyond them.
Our Land & New Homes business started in 2012 since when it has become the clear ‘go to’ agency for developers and buyers alike in our patch. Our reach for these services is spreading further afield all the time.
Imagine was started by Mike Cole who’s been joined by various stakeholder Partners along the way. This model means to our customers we have individuals with the motivation, dedication and long-term commitment that only truly comes with ownership, in key parts of all our business departments.
