How do I report a maintenance issue?

Depending on the type of tenancy you have with us, will depend on how you need to report it.

If you found the property through us but deal with your landlord directly now, rather than us, you’ll need to contact them regarding any issues you have with the property.

If we manage the property you’re a tenant of, which means we’re your first port of call as you don’t have any direct contact with the landlord, it’s us you need to notify. We’ve made this as easy as possible for you to do. You can report an issue online, 24/7. It will allow you to log in, upload a picture of the issue together with giving us as much detail as possible to enable us to resolve it quickly for you. There is useful advice on there too, covering lots of ‘easy-to-fix’ problems you might be able to solve yourself.

Whether we look after your tenancy or your landlord does, do note that it is your responsibility to notify us or them promptly of any disrepair, damage or defect.
