This offer applies to landlords instructing Imagine Property Group for the first time and signing up to our Fully Managed service on our standard Terms of Business rates for a minimum tenancy period of 12 months. The 3 months free offer is only available once per landlord and on one residential property. The offer cannot be redeemed if a property is currently marketed by Imagine Property Group. The offer must be mentioned at the time of the instruction and no retrospective claims can be made.
Landlords will receive their first 3 months’ management for free. After the expiry of the first 3 months, fees will revert to the agreed rates. The offer of 0% only applies to the Fully Managed service element and does not include fees such as Tenant Find, charges for arranging works, or any other costs rightly due for payment by the landlord as part of the commencement of the tenancy or administering it throughout the tenancy. The Fully Managed service can be cancelled during or after the 3 month 0% period and switched to Rent Collection for the remainder of the term, fees and terms for which are detailed in our standard Terms of Business.
